Small Business Development Center- Bellingham, Washington- Connected entrepreneurs and business owners with resources including financial and business planning.
Delft Square- Lynden, Washington- Conducted a feasibility analysis to redevelop a historic landmark gutted by fire into a hotel, retail, and restaurant space.
Cama Beach State Park- Camano Island, Washington- Developed a business plan to transition Cama Beach from a private foundation to the Washington State Parks Department, including project forecasting.
Lummi Nation- Lummi Island, Washington- Developed feasibility and business plans for a large complex on tribal lands designed to invigorate the economy by creating industry and job creation.
Mount Baker Theater- Bellingham, Washington- Provided key business planning to redevelop a historical landmark into a key cultural icon
